Join Denver Botanic Gardens’ Director of Exhibitions and Head Curator of Art, Lisa Eldred, and Jen Tobias, Associate Director of Exhibitions/Associate Curator of Art, for a private reception and tour where they will share insight about Mike Whiting’s work, including connections to early video games and references to minimalist approaches.
Pixelated: Sculpture by Mike Whiting explores the relationships between the natural world and the artificial world of digital media.

Please enter through the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center on York Street.
A reception will be in the All-America Selections Garden, now called the Annuals Garden & Pavilion. Volunteers will direct you. A map can be found here.
Following the reception and tour, you’re welcome to enjoy the Gardens until closing at 9:00 pm.
This event is outdoors so please dress accordingly for the weather.
